The Office
Cassouto-Noff & Co. Law Office was founded by Adv. Shmulik Cassouto and Adv. Guy Nof in 2003. Advocates Cassouto and Noff had served as partners at Dr. Y. Segev & Co. Law Office, and upon leaving the office decided to establish a boutique firm that would specialize in complex litigation cases. Since its establishment, the Office has dealt with a variety of matters in the field of legal representation – civil-commercial litigation, and particularly civil, commercial and monetary claims, winding-up cases, bankruptcy cases and receivership, etc. The Office specializes, among other matters, in administration of corporate control contentions, communication law, antitrust, tenders, claims against officers and shareholders of private and public companies, securities, bank claims and banking matters, insurance claims, intellectual property, administrative law, including submission of petitions to the High Court of Justice and administrative petitions, as well as routine legal consultation. The Office also provides legal representation in white collar claims and tax cases.
The Office represents its clients before all legal instances, commercial arbitrations and provision of legal opinions.
